Grief Tending & Companioning

You want to be heard and seen. You want to feel safe and supported. You want your grief to be held in a nurturing and trusted space of loving presence, non-judgment, and confidentiality, Whatever wants and needs to be expressed is welcomed and encouraged.
In-person and online sessions are available.

You want a safe and supportive space to be with others who are also seeking to be in community with those who are grieving. You want to be seen and heard and you are also willing to see and listen deeply to others. This shared experience of vulnerability and intimacy helps us strengthen our capacity to be with a variety of emotions, expressions, and personal stories as well as offer a non-judgmental space of grace to others. No advice is given. Nothing needs to be fixed. Everything is welcomed. All hearts in. All fully present.

There are things you want and need to say. You may be challenged by getting them down on paper. You might appreciate and benefit from being in a group atmosphere that feels safe and supportive to the creative process. Through gentle curiosity and evocative prompts, active and compassionate listening, and voluntary reading, this shared experience of writing and giving voice to our stories is medicine for one’s own spirit and helps us connect to and with others.

Personal Rituals & Retreats

You want to embody and express your grief in a more in-depth collaborative and creative way. You want guidance and support on taking your internal experience of grief and transforming it into an outward embodiment and expression of mourning.

Rituals are available online and in-person.
They include a total of five hours for consultation, preparation, immersion, integration, and completion. |  $500
Retreats are in-person experiences only.

Moving Encounters

Gentle Elemental
Beginning June 22, 2025 at
Fire Rock Ocean Sky Healing Arts

This contemplative movement class is an opportunity to move with and be moved by your own elemental nature.
A variety of music will guide you through the elements of earth, water, fire, air, and space. You may find your internal state of being changes as your movements change. No dance experience is necessary. No steps to learn other than listening to your body’s own wisdom and following what feels right and true for you. The music is not too fast, not too slow, but just right for the morning time.
